Who is Citta HRM?

Sonia Beamish is an experienced HR and operational leader with more than 30 years of senior experience across education, aged care, disability services, engineering, manufacturing, wholesale, and community organisations. Her background spans strategic HR governance, organisational restructure, workplace risk, WorkCover and injury management, payroll audit and compliance assurance, and the development of performance and accountability frameworks. Sonia has worked extensively in highly regulated environments and understands the intersection of operational performance, compliance integrity, and human behaviour.

In addition to her HR and organisational leadership expertise, Sonia is formally qualified in counselling and human behaviour. This enables her to support leaders and employees through the personal, relational, and emotional challenges that often sit beneath workplace issues. She provides executive and personal coaching, guidance through difficult conversations, conflict navigation, and leadership confidence building. Her approach blends commercial understanding with counselling insight, offering leaders a confidential and steady space to think clearly and make grounded decisions.
